Privacy statement

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. The only personal data we process is what you send us by e-mail and the technical access logs every web server keeps. This statement says what happens to both.
Who is responsible
Aniket Wachakawade, h.o.d.n. Aedronix, trading as Aedronix, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42125644, is the controller for the processing described here. Address: Hilversum, Netherlands. E-mail: TODO_EMAIL@bimdossier.nl.
What we process, why, and on what basis
We process personal data for two purposes only.
Enquiries by e-mail: your address, name and whatever you write. Purpose: answering you and, if it comes to that, preparing and performing an agreement. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to a contract) and, for follow-up correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in running the business).
Access logs: IP address, time, requested page, browser identification. Purpose: keeping the site available and secure, diagnosing faults. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in the security of the service). No profile is built from these logs and they are not combined with other data.
Who receives the data
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes the access logs on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. E-mail is handled by TODO_MAILBOX_PROVIDER. No other party receives your data unless the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EEA
Hosting and e-mail are located in the European Economic Area; no personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA. Should that change, we will update this statement and rely only on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.
How long we keep it
E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry or engagement is open and for two years after the last message, unless a statutory retention period (for instance seven years for administrative records under Dutch tax law) requires longer. Access logs are deleted by the host after at most 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask us at TODO_EMAIL@bimdossier.nl to exercise any of the rights below. We answer within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
Erasure, where no retention duty applies (Art. 17).
Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
Portability of the data you gave us (Art. 20).
Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Complaints
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
Changes to this statement
We revise this statement when the processing changes, for instance when the host changes. The revision letter and date above identify the version you are reading.
